Return & Refund Policy

1. Items which were received within 14 days.

2. The returned items must be unopened with the original packaging, or in good condition. We will not consider a returned item which has been opened, damaged or in any way altered.

3. We do not accept returned items which you send directly back without first checking with us.

4. You are responsible for the shipping costs of return.

5. After-sale warranty is 14 days after the parcel has been obtained (according to logistic information).

The product’s quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and give us clear pictures of the defective product. After checking we can replace it.

Please don’t throw out the contact lenses and the packages of lenses before you problem is solved. We have several different packages, while the color of the lens from different packages may be different.

Notice:

1. Before you open them, please check whether the items are damaged or in the wrong color.

2. Only one-time privilege after-sale for each order.

3. Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/want when the product is correct or if the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please first send an email to support@wherecolour.com and we will write back to you as soon as possible after we receive your email.
Please tell us your order information in the email: your name, order number, and reason.
Please don’t return the contact lenses to the address printed on the package, because we can not receive them at that place.

2. Put the item(s) in the original packaging.
Return is allowed when the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened in such a way that the second sale is not affected.

3. Drop off your parcel at your carrier.
Please provide the logistical detail tracking number and website after you return the parcel to us

4. Receive your return parcel.
When we receive the returned parcel, we will check the parcel whether in good condition or not, and then transfer the refund to your account, according to the policy of our return/refund.
